Leader – it’s who I am

Isaiah 11:6 “The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them.

My grandson, unafraid.
Fierce, fearless in exploring new territory. Barefooted, treading boldly and on purpose!

Leader – it is who I am. Not because of “stuff” or trinkets or titles or degrees. These are not the things that make me a leader.

I am a leader. I say that with humility and confidence because my intention is not to persuade others by my words, but more by my life and lifestyle, to inspire others to be who they are, and to shine!

I am a leader because I do not easily follow popular opinion. My mind is so analytical, weighing facts and evidence. This is not a boast. It just is.

I stand alone when I have to, recognizing that others are entitled to their opinions which do not sway me even when their “voices” are “louder” than mine.

Not offended, nor shaken.

I learn from other leaders who are not afraid to “fail” or to “fall” or to make “mistakes”. I move on and I grow.

I am also a “follower” of that which inspires and adds value to others!

Leader. Inspired by others to then inspire others.

Leader, unapologetically.
